Be Healthy and Well
The LCCC's Health and Wellness Classes help members stay fit and active. From balance classes to Pickleball and everything in between, we can help you keep moving!
Each week, our members can participate in 15 classes and activities, such as Ballet, Ballroom Dancing, Chair Stretch + Strength, Chair Volleyball, Line Dancing, Pathfinders Walking Club, Social Dancing, Tai Chi, Tap Dancing and Yoga.
Our classes are a great way to stay fit and have fun while doing it!
